Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Zorynta Music Entertainment platform and services. By creating an account or submitting music, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zorynta Music Entertainment website, artist portal, or any related services (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. These terms apply to all visitors, artists, and other users of the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Artist Account
To submit music for distribution, you must create an Artist Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@zoryntamusicentertainment.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Zorynta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Music Submission and Distribution
By submitting music through our platform, you grant Zorynta Music Entertainment a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to distribute, reproduce, and make available your recordings on digital streaming platforms and stores. This licence is limited to the purpose of distribution and does not transfer ownership of your master recordings or compositions. Zorynta reviews all submissions before distribution. We reserve the right to reject any submission that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform guidelines.
5. Ownership and Rights
You retain 100% ownership of your master recordings and underlying compositions. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or control all rights necessary to grant the licences in these Terms; (b) your music does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) you have obtained all necessary permissions from co-writers, featured artists, and sample clearances; and (d) your music does not contain unlicensed samples or cover recordings without appropriate licences.
6. Royalties and Payments
Zorynta will collect royalties from distribution platforms on your behalf and remit your share according to your plan (80%–95% depending on your subscription tier). Royalties are paid monthly or quarterly as specified in your plan. Payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold. Zorynta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms in reporting or paying royalties. All royalty statements are available in your Artist Dashboard.
7. Prohibited Content
You must not submit music or content that: (a) infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right; (b) contains hate speech, incitement to violence, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation; (c) is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law; (d) contains malware, viruses, or harmful code; or (e) violates the content policies of any distribution platform. Zorynta reserves the right to remove any content that violates these prohibitions without notice.
8. Takedowns
You may request a takedown of your music at any time through your Artist Dashboard. Takedowns are processed within 5–10 business days. Zorynta is not liable for any royalties earned or lost during the takedown processing period. If a third party files a valid copyright claim against your content, Zorynta may remove the content immediately and without prior notice.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the distribution agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, Zorynta will initiate takedowns from all platforms within 30 days. Any unpaid royalties owed to you at the time of termination will be paid within 60 days of the final royalty report. Zorynta may terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorynta Music Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Zorynta in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes to Terms
Zorynta reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered artists of material changes by email or through the Artist Dashboard. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
